She was born in California. She has always desired to be a holistic healer. Daphne earned her Bachelor of Science from UC Davis , and her Master of Science in Asian Medicine from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley (formerly Meiji College).

Daphne has 10 years of experience in the western medical field, and interned in the modalities of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, homeopathic medicine, flower essences, and nutrition.

Her practice focuses on healing for the whole being, looking beyond symptomatic manifestations of illness and working with root conditions.

Daphne is specially trained in the Japanese style of needling, which uses thinner needles, placed in the body for shorter durations of time, with a higher degree of needle stimulation. This technique results in a painless insertion along with a stronger treatment.

Her ability to focus in on and heal imbalance in the body, using a gentle and safe needling technique along with highly sensitive communication skills, makes her an effective, successful healer.
